Contact information you give us through our forms (name, email, phone, and your property preferences); site activity such as the homes, searches, and pages you view and save when you use the platform; and, for texting, your consent choice and phone number as described below.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, connect you with the right agent on our team, send you relevant listing and price-drop alerts based on your saved searches and activity, and improve the service. Some of our outreach messages are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed under human oversight before sending.
How we share it
When you inquire, your information is routed to a licensed Forturro Group agent who will contact you. We use Follow Up Boss as our customer-relationship (CRM) system and other service providers (for example, email and hosting providers) to operate the platform. We never sell your information to third parties.
Texting & calling
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by call or text, including by automated means, about your inquiry — this may include AI-assisted messages reviewed under human oversight. Consent is not a condition of purchase; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time. See SMS/Texting Terms for full details.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
Cookies & analytics

Listing data
Listing data is provided through the Internet Data Exchange program of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® MLS and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and as required by applicable law and our brokerage's recordkeeping obligations. Retention periods will be finalized with legal counsel.
